Jennifer Blundell's experience includes Family, Criminal and Commercial matters.
Following her Commercial Law background, Jennifer's interest in Family Law prompted her move into this area. Jennifer completed her Arbitration Certificate in 2005 and a Certificate in Family Law Arbitration.
In 2006 Jennifer was promoted to Associate by her previous employer, a move that reflected her leadership, expertise and dedication over many years. Also in 2006, Jennifer was appointed to the Care and Protection Panel of the Children's Court, providing further recognition of her expertise in this challenging area of the Law.

As senior partner, Jennifer Blundell has worked in many areas of Law including Commercial, Criminal and Family Law. With extensive experience and qualifications in the area of Family Law her areas of expertise include Family and De-Facto Law, Children's Law, Criminal Law and Wills and Probate matters.
Wayne Hodgins - Solicitor (B.Ec DipLaw (LPAB) Associate)
Wayne has 20 years experience primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, property, insolvency and business law.
Wayne's major areas of practice and work done include extensive knowledge and experience in drafting commercial agreements, which include joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, business sale contracts, as well as undertaking transactional work for large subdivisions including strata property and residential and industrial land subdivisions.
Wayne is experienced in numerous commercial litigation proceedings in the Local Court, the District Court, the Supreme Court and the NSW Court of Appeal.
As a result of undertaking a wide and varying degree of work in commercial fields, as well as conducting large litigation matters, Wayne has provided a unique overview of the issues facing commercial entities in their day to day business practices.
Wayne practiced as a Special Counsel with a mid-tiered Sydney based firm for 3 years prior to joining Jennifer and as a sole practitioner for 10 years prior to that.
